Due to our modern CNC milling and lathe technology machine park we are able to react to customer-specific wishes and specifications quickly. The manufacture of prototypes and series parts from all machinable materials is no problem for us. We can also produce precision turned parts economically in high volumes on our cam-controlled machines. The finishing of parts and surface treatments can also be offered due to our co-operation with qualified partner enterprises. Manufacturing diagrams in the following formats: IGES, VDA, DXF, STEP can be adopted and produced with the corresponding manufacturing sequences. We have been working with the CAD-CAM software, which enables us to programme customised data records and therefore produce precision parts, since 2006.

At the express request of many of our customers we have extended our field of activities by integrating a design and assembly department within our premises. - Manufacturing and component assembly as well as gauge production and the construction of jigs and fixtures in small volumes have therefore been achieved.

We are able to manufacture all types of metals and plastics for our customers using this machining manufacturing process on our lathes and CNC lathes.

We can also fulfil the special wishes of our customers to a large extent in the metal cutting field thanks to our modern machining centres.

Single-part production and low volume production runs can also be ground directly by us on site. However, large orders in this sector are not possible due to our limited capacities. However, we will manufacture parts which require grinding at no extra expense for you as we work with specialists in this field.

In just the same way as grinding, finishing of parts also does present a problem for us.
